My family reached out to Pam from Stacy's Helping Hand when our mother was declining throughout cancer treatments, considering hospice, and was increasingly in need of 24/7 care at that time. We were trying to gather support to learn about all the options in preparation for what might be needed down the road. Pam was thorough in her questioning, clearly trying to genuinely get to know the needs of everyone; most especially, she wanted to get to know our mother to help determine what fit might be best. At the first meeting with our mother, Pam began with asking her, "You have been through a lot. How are you?" Instead of jumping into an overwhelming and potentially scary conversation with a stranger, Pam showed herself as a person who wanted to learn more about what she had been through and what she now needed and wanted. While we were able to find a way for our mother to stay in her home and Stacy's Helping Hand didn't actually place her anywhere, Pam was still an instrumental part of eventually discovering the best support setup for our situation. If your family, like ours, is grappling with some of life's toughest challenges and hardest decisions, I hope you can find people such as Pam along your journey who can help. They truly are a gift.

It was a pleasure to work with Pam Silverberg. Pam was instrumental in finding the appropriate facility for my Mother. More than once I was able to depend on Pam’s expertise and professionalism to help me move my Mother. I highly recommend Pam to anyone needing services to place their loved one in senior living facilities.

Pam was incredibly helpful and supportive at a very difficult time. She helped us find a place for my in-laws who were newly relocated and needing a step up from solo living. In the process my mother-in-law fell, was hospitalized, transferred to a rehab center where she got Covid, and died. Pam stood with us during this difficult time even when it was beyond her professional scope and helped us navigate our next steps. Look no further, she's the right one.

I honestly do not know what I would have done without Pam at Stacy's Helping Hand. My mom had multiple medical diagnosis' that made placement very difficult, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Her doctor's "patient services" was absolutely no help at all. A dear friend recommend Pam, who was very patient and thorough. Even after the move, she followed up and made sure things were going smoothly. I highly recommend Stacy's Helping Hand.

About 6 months ago, after falling and breaking some bones, I grew concerned that I might need to move out of my home and into an assisted living facility. I was 80 at the time. I searched for someone to help me navigate the complex labyrinth of out-of-home care. I wanted a company that was rated 5-stars and, lucky for me, found Pam Silverberg of Stacy's Helping Hand. I could write chapters about how wonderful she is, but I'll condense for the sake of review readers. Pam is a great listener first of all, but she is much more. She is compassionate, generous with her time, prompt at responding to calls, and has a delightful sense of humor. Further, she is encyclopedic in her knowledge of choices in the Denver metro area, thus taking great stress off the sercher. I can't imagine a person could find anyone better in Denver than Pam.

Pam was referred to us by another family she helped and was a lifesaver. After some recent health issues my mother agreed to relocate to Denver from out of state. Pam helped narrow the field of places that would fit our needs after taking the time to speak with both of us personally and as a group. She also arranged Zoom tours of the places we selected and then in person tours of the facilities that would allow it. She couldn't have made it easier, especially in this covid age. And she's also been great about following up with my mom to make sure that she's doing well and enjoying where she lives and making sure the facility is doing what it promised. Pam's service is worth it on every level!!!

Pam was so professional, knowledgeable and kind when helping me place my brother in a small, comfortable residential house here in Colorado. He had been in South Dakota for over 24 years and had special requirements to be placed in a house with others he would be able to bond with. Pam's initial visit and evaluation included a multi-question survey so she could get to know my brother before searching for the best home situation for him. She even scheduled a virtual tour so we could see the home before making a decision. She narrowed the search to 3, and ultimately suggested one home that turned out to be a perfect fit! My brother moved in in October and we are all so thankful he has found his new home. He calls me every day to tell me how happy he is and how thankful he is that Pam helped him find a safe, comfortable, friendly home (with good food!). Thank you, Pam, for everything you do. You made an otherwise difficult transition very easy!

Pam’s demeanor is kind and calm. She helped our large family of 6 place my mom during COVID which is no easy task. She zoomed and met with all of us until we felt comfortable making a decision. She even visited my mom in her new home to make sure she was happy! Our family found her professional and knowledgeable.

Pam was amazing. So helpful. She asked great questions in order to place my father in the right environment for his needs and interests. During COVID we couldn’t visit facilities and she found us a place that was more than perfect. I can’t imagine trying to do that without her. It can be overwhelming and emotional, and with her knowledge and expertise, she was able to connect with my father, manage the logistics of the rehabilitation center and transition us seamlessly with his new home. So grateful! Thank you Pam!

Connecting with Pam Silverberg, the owner of Stacy’s Helping Hands, was probably one of the single best things that ever happened in this painful, complicated road of caring for my dad. Pam was so generous in her time to me. She is a good listening ear and took the time to really get to know my dad and his needs as well as my concerns for him. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. She visited several facilities with me and knew the questions to ask and issues to address based on my dad’s needs. She stayed connected with me as we moved my dad in and she continued to interface with the facility and advocate for us in a couple of situations that arose after we moved him. Even after the move she continues to check in with me to see how things are going. No one should have to be alone on this truly difficult path. Pam at Stacy's Helping Hands genuinely wants to help people navigate this arduous road. I feel like she's really become a friend in this whole process. If you're exhausted and nervous and overwhelmed - call Pam! Even if you don't engage her services, you will find a listening ear and undoubtedly a bit of sincere and valuable advice.

We feel so blessed to have found Stacy’s helping hand. We were in one of the most difficult seasons In life with no idea where to go until we met with Pam. I can’t have imagined going through this process without Pam, We have a peace we never thought possible with where our dad is now and that would not have been possible without Pam. Her knowledge, advocacy, and care through this process made all the difference. We would highly recommend Stacy’s helping hand.

After my Mom had a serious fall, Pam at Stacy’s Helping Hands was referred to me from a Case Manager at Swedish hospital. Pam is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of senior care and living. Pam knows the questions to ask, how to maneuver through the system and process. I felt as though I had a trusted advocate for both myself and my Mom. She is both a great listener and helping hand through the entire process. My Mom was able to find the perfect location for her needs. Pam went above and beyond to help me place Mom, she was truly there for us day and night. I highly recommend Stacy’s Helping Hands.

For the second time in 7 months I have had the need to work with Pam Silverberg of Stacy’s Helping Hands. In July of 2018, upon a referral from the Case Manager at Health One Rose Hospital, I placed my parents into an Assisted Living facility; and in January of 2019, I placed my father into a skilled nursing center. Pam made those unpleasant tasks much easier for all of us. Pam is very knowledgeable about community resources, patient with families and family dynamics, and always eager to follow up on a situation or come up with new ideas. I highly recommend Pam and the people at Stacy’s Helping Hand for finding the best care options for your loved ones.

As my 90 year old mother's health declined I knew it was time to move her to an environment that was more nurturing and caring then where she was. I was overwhelmed by the task. Fortunately I was referred to Stacy's and met with Pam Silverberg the owner. She carefully and skillfully assessed my mom's needs AND desires. Within a week she identified 3 possibilities. One of those became the perfect match. There is no way I would have discovered this place on my own. My mom is well cared for and my heart is at peace knowing this. I highly, highly recommend Stacy's Helping Hands. They are a huge blessing for any elderly health care strategy.

When my 90 year old father quickly became unable to live independently in Denver, I was in a complete panic as I am the only child and live in California. I started asking around for a referral to get help with his immediate placement into assisted living and was directed to Pam by both a social worker and attorney in the Denver area who had individually worked with her on separate occasions and both held her in high regard. From day one, Pam has been kind, understanding, thoughtful and generous with her time. Pam assessed my father's needs along with those of our family, and narrowed our search to help find the perfect place for him. She did this in an organized and calm manner which helped to turn around a scary situation and soothe our nerves. After his initial move, Pam continued to follow up and make sure he was receiving the quality of attention we were looking for and to evaluate for any potential issues. It has been almost a year and my father has thrived in his new home! Pam's high level of integrity, compassion and reliability have enabled me to have peace of mind despite the distance. I visit as often as I can and continue to rely on her for additional help with my father's ongoing care management in between my visits. You do not need to look any further. I can whole heartedly say that this is where you should turn when looking for appropriate senior placement for your loved one.

With grace, patience, and endless kindness Pam took me, virtually, by the hand. My aunt and uncle needed to move from independent living to assisted living. They are in Denver, I am in New York City. I was lost as to where to begin when I received a call from Pam. She lifted the weight from my head and heart. Pam took so much time with me, my aunt, and uncle, to find a perfect new home for them. I can never thank her enough!

My wife Terri and I spent months trying to find an assisted living facility that would except medicade and men. We found out that many places are for women only. Terri suggested we try Stacys Helping hand and I'm sure glad we did.Paul Leasure and an associate came to our home and met with us and my brother Bruce to find out what type of facility he would be most comfortable in. Paul got to work and found a great place in just two weeks. Bruce is now living there and is very happy. Do yourself a favor and save a lot of frustration, call Paul at Stacys Helping Hand.
