Pam at Stacy's Helping Hand is a godsend. Stacy's Helping Hand helped me through the complex navigation of retirement community living for my Dad, who was in early stages of ALZ. She knows the communities very well, and has very helpful, neutral and unbiased perspective in terms of your family's/loved one's situation. The personal care, selflessness, responsiveness, communication.....there is really nothing to criticize or complain about. I am so lucky and thankful to have found Pam at Stacy's Helping Hand. Without her, this difficult time in my life would prove seemingly impossible. Thank you Pam, you have provided me with a new perspective on life, and helped my family find some peace and comfort in difficult times.

Sharon and Paul Leisure with Stacys Helping Hand were so valuable in our search for my folks' senior living options. Being new to Colorado, they introduced us to some great places that were a good fit with my parents' needs. They listened well, advocated on their behalf, and were overall just really quality, professionals. I'd highly recommend them for anyone seeking senior living options.

Sharon and Paul were so helpful in finding the perfect assisted living home for my mom and dad. They were excellent at negotiating with the director as well as advocating for specific needs for my dad. My mom and dad are now living in a beautiful assisted living home in rooms right next to each other. This arrangement has been working very well. It allows my mom the rest she deserves and the care my dad is now needing. We are so thankful for all of the support that Sharon and Paul have provided. Placing parents in assisted living is stressful and full of hard choices. Having Paul and Sharon guide us through this process while offering smart advice has been invaluable.

Pam, the owner of Stacy’s Helping Hand, helped me when I thought there was no viable solution to place my wife into full-time memory care. We had a life-changing event where my loved one survived a serious stroke, and we needed to find full time care after I burned out doing myself for 3.5 years. When I looked at nursing homes on my own, I became depressed that there wasn’t a better care solution available. When our medical care team said I needed to hire a consultant to help me with the search, I took their advice and didn’t regret it. Pam exposed me to Assisted Living Memory care residences that I was not aware of, and our selection ultimately met her high needs. Without Pam’s help I don’t know where we would have ended up, which is a very scary statement to make. Thanks again to Stacy’s Helping Hand for supporting us in our time of need.

In 2021, my Dad, who has Alzheimer’s, fell and broke his hip and I had to find an Assisted Living facility for him with very short notice. Since I live in California, I had no knowledge of the Denver area, so I called Pam of Stacy’s Helping Hand. She responded quickly and was very informative. After meeting my father in the rehab facility, Pam immediately recommended that I consider a smaller home-like Assisted Living facility for him since he would likely be lost and even more confused in a large facility. She coordinated and accompanied me on visits to several locations. Pam was very forthright about the pros and cons of each facility. Her placement assistance was invaluable and now three years later, my father is still comfortably residing at the location I selected with her help. I highly recommend Pam and Stacy’s Helping Hand.

Paul & Sharon with Stacy’s Helping Hands helped my parents, ages 89 and 86, move into independent living by their choice after my dad had three heart events. This made taking care of dad and taking care of the big house too much for my mom. Paul & Sharon really listened to my parents needs and their budget. The first day took them virtually to two different options to start. My parents loved the second option, Balfour in Louisville and signed documentation in a few weeks. Since they moved in they are thriving, living a great more active life. Playing bridge twice a week and participating in many other activities. Paul and Sharon checked in throughout the whole process. They also had some great referral options for the estate sale and other needs to complete this process. They even have visited several times since they moved. A very personal experience! I have sent several people to use their services and have only had glowing reviews from our friends. If you want a no pressure personal service, we highly recommend Paul & Sharon with Stacy’s Helping Hand!

Paul and Sharon Leasure of Stadys Helping hand did a GREAT job in helping us find a Senior Living place. When I tried to do it myself on a Computer search, I realized there were too many choices to select where to go. My wife and I gave the Leasure's some criteria that we wanted and they they showed us places that met our criteria. We found a place that we are enjoying very much and the Leasure's have even followed up to enjoy that we are satisfied with our choice. We give the a HIGH Recommendation,

Paul was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to help find a quality home for my dad who has dementia. Excellent communication and service. This is the best investment we made during the two year process.

Pam is an amazing person to work with for this experience. My wife and and were in Dallas looking for a place to move in Denver and she was able to walk us through most of the places we might have been interested in before we would travel to Denver to see the ones she thought were best for us. After traveling to Denver and looking with her, we finally decided on a place that my wife Sylvia and I both loved. She made it pleasant and painful for a move we were not sure about as our kids wanted us to move there.

Pam was incredibly helpful in a time of crisis for our family. My wife Linda’s Alzheimer’s went from being manageable at home to needing 24-hour supervision within a few days. She had gone from being docile to running away and getting lost! Pam met with the family and Linda and then worked with us until Linda was safely in a memory care facility. She continued to check in to see how Linda and the family were doing, and she provided us with very useful advice. Our whole family highly recommends Pam and Stacy’s Helping Hands.

Stacy’s helping hand was truly a life saver for my mom and our family. After a series of unfortunate incidents at a large corporate facility I knew we needed to move her asap. I called Pam first thing in the morning and she arranged to meet with us a few hours later. Pam had a few options in mind and by that afternoon she had several places for us to check out. One place in particular stood out for my mom and she arranged a visit for the following day. This place was perfect! My mom has been there for several months now and I could not be happier with the care she has received. Pam has had excellent follow up including checking in with my mom and visiting her in her new home. I am forever grateful for Pam’s kindness and compassion. I highly recommend Pam and Stacy’s helping hands for those in need of knowledgeable and thoughtful guidance when it comes to placing a loved one into a community setting.

Pam was wonderful helping me and my partner find a place for my dad when we moved him to Denver in November 2023. We heard about her through Roseanne at Kinsman Care Management, who was kind enough to refer us to Pam even though we didn't ultimately need to work with her. Pam was a game changer for us. She was straightforward and told us what we needed to know about moving Dad, specifically with respect to a timeline given private pay requirements. She paid close attention to what we said we needed, understood that Dad required a higher level of care because of his Lewy Body Dementia, and the three places she referred us to all accepted Medicaid or Innovage/PACE after the required private pay spend down, which was a necessity for us. Pam was honest about benefits and shortcomings for places, and when we alerted to an issue with one of the places on her list, she was incredibly responsive and took what we said very seriously. After Dad moved in to the place we ultimately chose, she's stayed in touch with us, even when I reached out to her last month concerned about some staffing changes at the home Dad's in. Even with staffing changes, so far that home turned out to be exactly as Pam described - willing to accommodate my dad's care level and generally very good! I've been so impressed with how responsive Pam's been and we feel really lucky that my dad ended up where he did. Pam's still a resource for us, and I never got the sense that Dad was essentially a paycheck for her. She's gone to visit Dad, and she genuinely wants to make sure that the residents she places have successful placements. Pam was also very transparent about how she's compensated, which I really appreciated and is very important to pay attention to in this industry. I worked with a housing advisor in Albuquerque who acted like she cared but didn't, placed my dad in a place that then evicted him after two days, wasn't transparent at all about how she was compensated, and just really wasn't helpful at all and actually hurt Dad in the end because he had to move again so quickly. Pam was the opposite - she cared, communicated with us, listened, and still cares about Dad and where he ends up. It's stressful to have a relative in a situation where they need to be in assisted living or some other 24-7 care arrangement, but Pam is who you want to talk to if you're in that situation. We're grateful for her help!

There is not enough positive I can say about the assistants and help I've received from Pam! I was lost on what directions to take when it came to finding a place for my mom. Not only did she completely guide me through the process... But she also made me feel comfortable and confident about the right place for my mother! The most important part is that she made my mom feel comfortable and excited for her next chapter in her life. My mother is 95 years old and "she" helped me along with Pam make this decision. I highly recommend Pam and her service to anyone that wants a "Personal Touch" when making such an important decision!!! All I can say is thank you Pam and Stacy's Helping Hand!!! Pam was compassionate and knowledgeable and helped find a great location for our loved one. She answered a barrage of questions, and helped our family weigh the cons and Pros to each facility we toured.

It’s hard to overstate how much help Pam was to our family as we attempted to navigate our options for our mom’s recovery from a fall. Although mom ultimately chose to return to her home, Pam helped us transition her from rehab to respite care at an Assisted living facility for a month, to ensure that she would be strong enough to go home. We would never have known it was an option without Pam’s help! She is compassionate, and will work really hard to help you find the best solution for your situation!

It is honestly hard to put into words, how much Pam helped us, with finding the right placement for my aging mother. Exactly a year ago, my mom's memory condition deteriorated, and we needed to find a memory care placement for her. This occurred right between Thanksgiving and New Years. Even though this was in the midst of the holiday season, Pam went out of her way to meet with us, meet my mom, pre-tour facilities, and go back WITH us, to tour the facilities in person. Pam is incredibly kind, listening, knowledgeable, straight forward, and thorough. Best of all, Pam is NOT a sales person. At every juncture of our decision-making process, Pam gave us honest/ straight-forward feedback. Placing your parent is something you have no practice or preparation for. It is hard to express how helpful Pam was to us, at a time we really needed help. Pam was our guide throughout the process, and made a difficult time, much more “do-able”. Thank you, Pam. We truly cannot say thank you enough. Tom and family.

Thank you Sharon and Paul for your compassion and persistence in helping us find a care facility. It can be very stressful and emotional going through this transition, they were very caring and understanding. Thanks again Kevin

I wanted to give Pam Silverberg a big warm hearted thank you! My mother has moved from Wisconsin to Denver Colorado to be closer to us in her senior years. Before we started on this journey, I was in need of some planning assistance to get her here. My wife and I have a friend that recommended Pam to help us. She gave us her business card and I decided to give Pam a call. Pam's gentle demeanor and style on how she talks to people was a huge selling point for me. Pam setup a Zoom meeting with the three of us so she could get to know my Mom, and to gain some insight for what my Mom was looking for in a senior living community. After our Zoom call, my mother's anxiety about moving here started to fade away, and she was actually getting excited to move here! Pam showed me three senior living communities that were very close to us. One of which was walkable from our house. We decided on the place that's walkable from our house. Not only that, everything around my mom's new apartment is walkable as well. Restaurants, a movie theatre, Trader Joe's, just to name a few. Pam was always available to talk when I would have questions, and she really helped me with this transition. These transitions can be very emotional for everyone. Especially for me as I'm an only child. All I want is the best for my mom and for her to be happy. Pam helped me make that happen. I can't thank you enough, Pam. All the best, -Todd
