Pam Silverberg, CSA, CPRS

Pam is the owner of Stacy’s Helping Hand and a long-time resident of the Denver area. In 2009, her Uncle Paul fell and was subsequently diagnosed with dementia. He lived with them for a short time with the support of home care. Due to the stairs and his level of dementia, she needed to transition him to an assisted living facility. Her experience taught her that she would enjoy helping seniors and their families to alleviate the emotional stress of finding care options. After several years of working side-by-side with Stacy, Pam took over Stacy’s Helping Hand when Stacy moved in 2013.

As a Senior Care Advisor, Pam utilizes over 10 years of experience working with hundreds of families who needed help understanding and finding care and housing options. She has never forgotten how overwhelming it was to have to research and tour dozens of communities. Pam says, “That is why this service is so amazing. We can assess the senior’s needs, quickly rule out dozens of facilities, make the transition seamless and easier, and alleviate a family’s stress.”

Paul Leasure

Paul experienced first-hand 10 years ago the many decisions and issues involved with the aging of seniors. He provided guidance for his grandfather as he transitioned from his home of many years to a senior independent living community, then to an assisted living community, and then finally to a group home. The experiences with his grandfather taught him that he would enjoy helping seniors and their families.

As a Senior Care Advisor, Paul utilizes his experience of managing IT teams for large nationwide restaurant and retail corporations. Throughout his career in IT Paul was able to identify and deliver practical solutions to people’s varied needs. He has been able to apply that experience while working with families in a time of need. Paul’s heart is to serve seniors and their families by bringing hope as they face the many challenges involved in finding senior care options.

Sharon Leasure

Sharon is a retired teacher but now finds joy in working alongside her husband, Paul, in the Senior Placement business. When Sharon’s mom had to move out of her home, Sharon personally experienced the many issues involved in the challenging transition of moving loved ones into a new senior living community.

Her passion is to help families find the best housing option for their loved ones. Sharon brings a personal touch and much understanding to each family that she works with. Her experience as a teacher means that she has worked with 100’s of families and knows how to help solve problems in a very caring and sensitive way. Sharon says, “I really do know the challenges you are going through. I have been there myself! I promise I will find the best community for your loved one, and I will be with you every step of the way!”

Jen Carroll

As a senior care advisor, Jen calls on her background in education and masters in counseling to bring logic, big-picture thinking, and high empathy and compassion to help guide her clients and their families. As a former teacher with a decade of experience in communication and managing processes in the classroom and beyond, she enjoys working with families and their dynamics. Doing so requires expert communication, humor, and lots of compassion.

Jen also brings her experience as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, having helped over 150 families through the downsizing process. Working with seniors as they downsize has taught her that every experience is unique, every client has their own needs and timeline, and each family has their own style. Jen assesses that information to problem solve and find the best fit community for the client and guide all involved with patience, care, and calm.

Who is Stacy?

In 2007 Stacy started the company because she saw a need. She was the Regional Manager for several Memory Care facilities in the Denver Metro Area. Dozens of families would call and her facility would be full or not a good fit so she would help the family find their loved one the best care options. When she started Stacy’s Helping Hand it was one of the first Senior Placement Services in the Denver area.
