Pam at Stacy's Helping Hand is a godsend. Stacy's Helping Hand helped me through the complex navigation of retirement community living for my Dad, who was in early stages of ALZ. She knows the communities very well, and has very helpful, neutral and unbiased perspective in terms of your family's/loved one's situation. The personal care, selflessness, responsiveness, communication.....there is really nothing to criticize or complain about. I am so lucky and thankful to have found Pam at Stacy's Helping Hand. Without her, this difficult time in my life would prove seemingly impossible. Thank you Pam, you have provided me with a new perspective on life, and helped my family find some peace and comfort in difficult times.

Sharon and Paul Leisure with Stacys Helping Hand were so valuable in our search for my folks' senior living options. Being new to Colorado, they introduced us to some great places that were a good fit with my parents' needs. They listened well, advocated on their behalf, and were overall just really quality, professionals. I'd highly recommend them for anyone seeking senior living options.

Sharon and Paul were so helpful in finding the perfect assisted living home for my mom and dad. They were excellent at negotiating with the director as well as advocating for specific needs for my dad. My mom and dad are now living in a beautiful assisted living home in rooms right next to each other. This arrangement has been working very well. It allows my mom the rest she deserves and the care my dad is now needing. We are so thankful for all of the support that Sharon and Paul have provided. Placing parents in assisted living is stressful and full of hard choices. Having Paul and Sharon guide us through this process while offering smart advice has been invaluable.

Pam, the owner of Stacy’s Helping Hand, helped me when I thought there was no viable solution to place my wife into full-time memory care. We had a life-changing event where my loved one survived a serious stroke, and we needed to find full time care after I burned out doing myself for 3.5 years. When I looked at nursing homes on my own, I became depressed that there wasn’t a better care solution available. When our medical care team said I needed to hire a consultant to help me with the search, I took their advice and didn’t regret it. Pam exposed me to Assisted Living Memory care residences that I was not aware of, and our selection ultimately met her high needs. Without Pam’s help I don’t know where we would have ended up, which is a very scary statement to make. Thanks again to Stacy’s Helping Hand for supporting us in our time of need.

In 2021, my Dad, who has Alzheimer’s, fell and broke his hip and I had to find an Assisted Living facility for him with very short notice. Since I live in California, I had no knowledge of the Denver area, so I called Pam of Stacy’s Helping Hand. She responded quickly and was very informative. After meeting my father in the rehab facility, Pam immediately recommended that I consider a smaller home-like Assisted Living facility for him since he would likely be lost and even more confused in a large facility. She coordinated and accompanied me on visits to several locations. Pam was very forthright about the pros and cons of each facility. Her placement assistance was invaluable and now three years later, my father is still comfortably residing at the location I selected with her help. I highly recommend Pam and Stacy’s Helping Hand.

Paul & Sharon with Stacy’s Helping Hands helped my parents, ages 89 and 86, move into independent living by their choice after my dad had three heart events. This made taking care of dad and taking care of the big house too much for my mom. Paul & Sharon really listened to my parents needs and their budget. The first day took them virtually to two different options to start. My parents loved the second option, Balfour in Louisville and signed documentation in a few weeks. Since they moved in they are thriving, living a great more active life. Playing bridge twice a week and participating in many other activities. Paul and Sharon checked in throughout the whole process. They also had some great referral options for the estate sale and other needs to complete this process. They even have visited several times since they moved. A very personal experience! I have sent several people to use their services and have only had glowing reviews from our friends. If you want a no pressure personal service, we highly recommend Paul & Sharon with Stacy’s Helping Hand!

Paul and Sharon Leasure of Stadys Helping hand did a GREAT job in helping us find a Senior Living place. When I tried to do it myself on a Computer search, I realized there were too many choices to select where to go. My wife and I gave the Leasure's some criteria that we wanted and they they showed us places that met our criteria. We found a place that we are enjoying very much and the Leasure's have even followed up to enjoy that we are satisfied with our choice. We give the a HIGH Recommendation,

Pam is an amazing person to work with for this experience. My wife and and were in Dallas looking for a place to move in Denver and she was able to walk us through most of the places we might have been interested in before we would travel to Denver to see the ones she thought were best for us. After traveling to Denver and looking with her, we finally decided on a place that my wife Sylvia and I both loved. She made it pleasant and painful for a move we were not sure about as our kids wanted us to move there.

Pam was incredibly helpful in a time of crisis for our family. My wife Linda’s Alzheimer’s went from being manageable at home to needing 24-hour supervision within a few days. She had gone from being docile to running away and getting lost! Pam met with the family and Linda and then worked with us until Linda was safely in a memory care facility. She continued to check in to see how Linda and the family were doing, and she provided us with very useful advice. Our whole family highly recommends Pam and Stacy’s Helping Hands.

Stacy’s helping hand was truly a life saver for my mom and our family. After a series of unfortunate incidents at a large corporate facility I knew we needed to move her asap. I called Pam first thing in the morning and she arranged to meet with us a few hours later. Pam had a few options in mind and by that afternoon she had several places for us to check out. One place in particular stood out for my mom and she arranged a visit for the following day. This place was perfect! My mom has been there for several months now and I could not be happier with the care she has received. Pam has had excellent follow up including checking in with my mom and visiting her in her new home. I am forever grateful for Pam’s kindness and compassion. I highly recommend Pam and Stacy’s helping hands for those in need of knowledgeable and thoughtful guidance when it comes to placing a loved one into a community setting.

Pam was wonderful helping me and my partner find a place for my dad when we moved him to Denver in November 2023. We heard about her through Roseanne at Kinsman Care Management, who was kind enough to refer us to Pam even though we didn't ultimately need to work with her. Pam was a game changer for us. She was straightforward and told us what we needed to know about moving Dad, specifically with respect to a timeline given private pay requirements. She paid close attention to what we said we needed, understood that Dad required a higher level of care because of his Lewy Body Dementia, and the three places she referred us to all accepted Medicaid or Innovage/PACE after the required private pay spend down, which was a necessity for us. Pam was honest about benefits and shortcomings for places, and when we alerted to an issue with one of the places on her list, she was incredibly responsive and took what we said very seriously. After Dad moved in to the place we ultimately chose, she's stayed in touch with us, even when I reached out to her last month concerned about some staffing changes at the home Dad's in. Even with staffing changes, so far that home turned out to be exactly as Pam described - willing to accommodate my dad's care level and generally very good! I've been so impressed with how responsive Pam's been and we feel really lucky that my dad ended up where he did. Pam's still a resource for us, and I never got the sense that Dad was essentially a paycheck for her. She's gone to visit Dad, and she genuinely wants to make sure that the residents she places have successful placements. Pam was also very transparent about how she's compensated, which I really appreciated and is very important to pay attention to in this industry. I worked with a housing advisor in Albuquerque who acted like she cared but didn't, placed my dad in a place that then evicted him after two days, wasn't transparent at all about how she was compensated, and just really wasn't helpful at all and actually hurt Dad in the end because he had to move again so quickly. Pam was the opposite - she cared, communicated with us, listened, and still cares about Dad and where he ends up. It's stressful to have a relative in a situation where they need to be in assisted living or some other 24-7 care arrangement, but Pam is who you want to talk to if you're in that situation. We're grateful for her help!

There is not enough positive I can say about the assistants and help I've received from Pam! I was lost on what directions to take when it came to finding a place for my mom. Not only did she completely guide me through the process... But she also made me feel comfortable and confident about the right place for my mother! The most important part is that she made my mom feel comfortable and excited for her next chapter in her life. My mother is 95 years old and "she" helped me along with Pam make this decision. I highly recommend Pam and her service to anyone that wants a "Personal Touch" when making such an important decision!!! All I can say is thank you Pam and Stacy's Helping Hand!!! It’s hard to overstate how much help Pam was to our family as we attempted to navigate our options for our mom’s recovery from a fall. Although mom ultimately chose to return to her home, Pam helped us transition her from rehab to respite care at an Assisted living facility for a month, to ensure that she would be strong enough to go home. We would never have known it was an option without Pam’s help! She is compassionate, and will work really hard to help you find the best solution for your situation!

It is honestly hard to put into words, how much Pam helped us, with finding the right placement for my aging mother. Exactly a year ago, my mom's memory condition deteriorated, and we needed to find a memory care placement for her. This occurred right between Thanksgiving and New Years. Even though this was in the midst of the holiday season, Pam went out of her way to meet with us, meet my mom, pre-tour facilities, and go back WITH us, to tour the facilities in person. Pam is incredibly kind, listening, knowledgeable, straight forward, and thorough. Best of all, Pam is NOT a sales person. At every juncture of our decision-making process, Pam gave us honest/ straight-forward feedback. Placing your parent is something you have no practice or preparation for. It is hard to express how helpful Pam was to us, at a time we really needed help. Pam was our guide throughout the process, and made a difficult time, much more “do-able”. Thank you, Pam. We truly cannot say thank you enough. Tom and family.

This is the second time we have used Stacy’s Helping Hands to place a family member in a transition from rehab. Sharon and Paul are extremely compassionate and started the whole process by interviewing our parents. We had short time frames in which to work, and they were extremely efficient in determining the needs and criteria for placement. Based on the criteria, they presented options for us to consider and helped present the key aspects of each facility in a clear and concise manner. Once our decision was made, they continued to follow up and ensure that our parents were having his/her needs met. You can tell Paul and Sharon are passionate about their work, and helping the elderly population, transition, and “thrive” in their new environment. They are truly gifted in this field . We highly recommend them and their services!

Best decision I made for my dad! I moved my dad to CO without knowing what level of care he needed. Pam's calm disposition, caring heart, and extensive knowledge of the industry allowed us to find him a home where caregivers truly cared about him. I could not have done it with out Pam!

Pam helped my family find placement for my Grandfather! She was SUCH a blessing in this very difficult process (difficult for emotional, financial and logistical reasons). Grandpa went from needing assisted living after a stroke, but then deteriorated quickly to needing higher level memory care and then hospice. Pam is very knowledgeable about ALL types of senior living, including retirement homes, memory care, and group homes. She makes sure to know what is important to her clients AND their families. She was able to help us transition my Grandfather to a caring group home at the end of his life and we couldn’t be happier with her services! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Pam Silverberg and Stacy's Helping Hand is the best resource used by my family to place my Dad who had dementia into an assisted living facility that tolerated patients with behavioral issues. Pam also assisted my family with finding in home care for my Mom who is suffering from Parkinson's disease. Pam is an experienced professional. She spent time assessing both my parents to determine their needs and she has a wealth of knowledge about different facilities and companies that would be able to accommodate us. I would highly recommend Pam and Stacy's Helping Hand. Pam is professional, engaging, extremely knowledgeable, caring, and honest. Pam guided us with ease through extremely difficult and emotional decisions. I cannot thank Pam enough for helping us through extremely difficult times. Lori Radcliffe

I live in California, and I needed help identifying assisted living facilities for my parents who live in Colorado Springs. It was extremely helpful to have Pam do the initial legwork. She identified top facilities and she pre-toured the facilities with my parents' needs in mind. She toured the facilities again with me when I flew into Colorado on two separate trips. When my search pivoted from the Denver Metro Area to Colorado Springs, Pam used her network of contacts to help me find three assisted living facilities and a care manager that met my parents' needs in Colorado Springs. Pam helped me through a very complicated decision-making process. She was flexible, organized, and personable. If you are trying to coordinate care remotely, I highly recommend you tap into Pam's expertise to do the initial legwork for you. She is wonderful to work with.

I find it difficult to express how much support and compassion, and knowledge our family received from Pam Silverberg of Stacy's Helping Hand. On multiple occasions Pam worked with our family to find the best possible living situation for my mother, based upon the exceptionally thorough interview process she conducted with the family. Pam was very responsive, and effective even in a compressed time frame. Pam has a wealth of knowledge and experience in elder/senior housing that is invaluable to those who may not be as versed in elder/senior housing. I can, and do recommend Stacy's Helping Hand, and Pam Silverberg to anyone in search of a elder/senior housing consultant.

Stacy’s Helping Hand is a referral I give often when families are wanting an in home assessment and a professional who knows all the entitlements and asks the questions dealing with a complicated health history or diagnosis. Integrity and compassionate listening are also skills that I admire with them. Since I retired and moved away from Colorado I always want to have good referrals for clients and families who stay in touch with me.

My husband has Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson's and I was not able to care for him at home anymore. This company found three places we visited, and actually picked the wrong one first. Quickly we needed another choice and they stepped in again. We got a winner this time that exactly meets our needs of being close to family and provides the exact care he needs. I think everyone needs a little help finding the right place and Paul provided that for us. He was very kind, understanding and helpful. I would definitely recommend Stacy's to anybody in this area.

My 98 year old mother was living happily in her home in Florida for many years but since Covid, the isolation from her social circle was causing her to become more and more depressed and I believe contributed to her recent cognitive decline. I wanted to relocate her to Colorado so that she could live in a senior community, providing daily care and stimulating activities, while she would be close to my home and be able to spend time with family. I found Stacey's Helping Hand on Yelp and reached out to Pam for help in trying to explore our options locally. We would meet Pam and tour the communities that Pam felt would be the best fit for my Mom. Our whole family enjoyed working with Pam. She was extremely helpful, inciteful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. She made herself available to us and when unable to, would get back to us as soon as she possibly could. I would absolutely recommend Stacey's Helping Hand and Pam Silverberg without any hesitation whatsoever! Unfortunately for us, Mom found herself emotionally unable to make the move in the end but Pam still helped us along every step of the way.

My husband and I have known Pam for decades and vaguely understood what her profession had been over the years. When my very elderly father was in an accident and, initially in the hospital, we knew he would not be able to return home until he could heal. We reached out to Pam to see if this was something she could help us with: rehab facility, extended care, etc. She was right there for us and our family to offer us options, help us tour the facilities and help us decide the next steps. Long story short, my dad ended up having to transfer several times for different needs, including returning to the hospital, Pam was there through it all to help us find the facility that worked best with his ever changing needs and health status. Her patience during our difficult family decisions was amazing and she was always so supportive and calm. We are so thankful and grateful to have had Pam help us through these many difficult months of transition.

As a Geriatric Care Manager, I have used Pam Silverberg many times. She is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and very honest about what may or may not work for someone. She takes her work seriously and spends time getting to know the person needing help. Her calm demeanor is imperative when she sits down with someone. She moves through this process with ease. Pam's ability to find the right place during a crisis when everyone is scrambling is paramount with the level of stress and emotion that can be involved. In addition to using Pam in my professional life, I have used Pam for assistance with my mother-in-law. She jumped in immediately. She was able to make suggestions on more than one occasion to provide guidance and support. Pam is experienced, professional, and dedicated.

Stacy‘a Helping Hands has been a life-saver and an answered prayer during some of the toughest times of our lives. Before I met my husband, he worked with Pam at Stacy’s Helping Hands to find the right care home for his mom. Throughout the years, as his mom’s needs changed, Pam was always there to help work through the process, support him, and most importantly, find a home for his mom that best fit her needs. My husband always described Pam as a “saint”. In the last few months, my own mother was diagnosed with dementia. She lost many bodily functions, and her decline was quick. We called Pam. First, she met with my family in one of the most emotionally-raw times of our lives. She listened to our story, our concerns, got to know us, and kindly asked questions to attain deeper knowledge and understanding. Next, she met with my mom to evaluate her needs. Based on those meetings, she theorized about what kind of care home might be a good fit for my mom. Then, she arranged tours for our family to see three different homes. At the end of the tour, we agreed that she had chosen three excellent facilities- places we could imagine our mom being safe, comfortable, and well-cared for. My mom moved into one of the homes a few months ago, and is adjusting well. Most importantly, we have peace of mind knowing she is in a home that takes good care of her. This process is not easy, but Pam helped us though all of this with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. She is the reason we made it through such a tough time with less stress and worry. I can’t imagine doing this without her. I can not recommend Pam enough to help find care for your loved one.

When it became obvious it was time to find care for our mother, we had no idea how to proceed. This is an important and challenging decision. Stacy's Helping Hand was recommended. Pam at Stacy's Helping Hand guided us expertly to the right type of care and a wonderful facility. We would never have found this small home-based facility on our own. Pam had the knowledge to assess mom's needs and the connections to find suitable places for us to select from. Pam also has a wonderfully warm yet straight forward demeanor. I highly recommend Stacey's Helping Hand.

Pam is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, kind and ethical. Her services are invaluable. Her knowledge of levels of care, facilities and guidance is second to none. Her motives are finding the best possible living situation for your loved one and a good match for the family, client and the facility. She is trusted respected and valued among the Colorado elder care community. I recommend Pam to anyone currently looking or considering placement in the future for parents who will eventually require more support. She is more than a placement coordinator. She is the empathetic partner you want along side you through the difficult journey of aging parents. We could not be more grateful for her.

My wife Terri and I spent months trying to find an assisted living facility that would except medicade and men. We found out that many places are for women only. Terri suggested we try Stacys Helping hand and I'm sure glad we did.Paul Leasure and an associate came to our home and met with us and my brother Bruce to find out what type of facility he would be most comfortable in. Paul got to work and found a great place in just two weeks. Bruce is now living there and is very happy. Do yourself a favor and save a lot of frustration, call Paul at Stacys Helping Hand.

My family reached out to Pam from Stacy's Helping Hand when our mother was declining throughout cancer treatments, considering hospice, and was increasingly in need of 24/7 care at that time. We were trying to gather support to learn about all the options in preparation for what might be needed down the road. Pam was thorough in her questioning, clearly trying to genuinely get to know the needs of everyone; most especially, she wanted to get to know our mother to help determine what fit might be best. At the first meeting with our mother, Pam began with asking her, "You have been through a lot. How are you?" Instead of jumping into an overwhelming and potentially scary conversation with a stranger, Pam showed herself as a person who wanted to learn more about what she had been through and what she now needed and wanted. While we were able to find a way for our mother to stay in her home and Stacy's Helping Hand didn't actually place her anywhere, Pam was still an instrumental part of eventually discovering the best support setup for our situation. If your family, like ours, is grappling with some of life's toughest challenges and hardest decisions, I hope you can find people such as Pam along your journey who can help. They truly are a gift.

It was a pleasure to work with Pam Silverberg. Pam was instrumental in finding the appropriate facility for my Mother. I highly recommend Pam to anyone needing services to place their loved one in senior living facilities.

Pam was incredibly helpful and supportive at a very difficult time. She helped us find a place for my in-laws who were newly relocated and needing a step up from solo living. In the process my mother-in-law fell, was hospitalized, transferred to a rehab center where she got Covid, and died. Pam stood with us during this difficult time even when it was beyond her professional scope and helped us navigate our next steps. Look no further, she's the right one.

I honestly do not know what I would have done without Pam at Stacy's Helping Hand. My mom had multiple medical diagnosis' that made placement very difficult, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Her doctor's "patient services" was absolutely no help at all. A dear friend recommend Pam, who was very patient and thorough. Even after the move, she followed up and made sure things were going smoothly. I highly recommend Stacy's Helping Hand.

About 6 months ago, after falling and breaking some bones, I grew concerned that I might need to move out of my home and into an assisted living facility. I was 80 at the time. I searched for someone to help me navigate the complex labyrinth of out-of-home care. I wanted a company that was rated 5-stars and, lucky for me, found Pam Silverberg of Stacy's Helping Hand. I could write chapters about how wonderful she is, but I'll condense for the sake of review readers. Pam is a great listener first of all, but she is much more. She is compassionate, generous with her time, prompt at responding to calls, and has a delightful sense of humor. Further, she is encyclopedic in her knowledge of choices in the Denver metro area, thus taking great stress off the sercher. I can't imagine a person could find anyone better in Denver than Pam.

Pam was referred to us by another family she helped and was a lifesaver. After some recent health issues my mother agreed to relocate to Denver from out of state. Pam helped narrow the field of places that would fit our needs after taking the time to speak with both of us personally and as a group. She also arranged Zoom tours of the places we selected and then in person tours of the facilities that would allow it. She couldn't have made it easier, especially in this covid age. And she's also been great about following up with my mom to make sure that she's doing well and enjoying where she lives and making sure the facility is doing what it promised. Pam's service is worth it on every level!!!

Pam was so professional, knowledgeable and kind when helping me place my brother in a small, comfortable residential house here in Colorado. He had been in South Dakota for over 24 years and had special requirements to be placed in a house with others he would be able to bond with. Pam's initial visit and evaluation included a multi-question survey so she could get to know my brother before searching for the best home situation for him. She even scheduled a virtual tour so we could see the home before making a decision. She narrowed the search to 3, and ultimately suggested one home that turned out to be a perfect fit! My brother moved in in October and we are all so thankful he has found his new home. He calls me every day to tell me how happy he is and how thankful he is that Pam helped him find a safe, comfortable, friendly home (with good food!). Thank you, Pam, for everything you do. You made an otherwise difficult transition very easy!

Pam’s demeanor is kind and calm. She helped our large family of 6 place my mom during COVID which is no easy task. She zoomed and met with all of us until we felt comfortable making a decision. She even visited my mom in her new home to make sure she was happy! Our family found her professional and knowledgeable.

Pam was amazing. So helpful. She asked great questions in order to place my father in the right environment for his needs and interests. During COVID we couldn’t visit facilities and she found us a place that was more than perfect. I can’t imagine trying to do that without her. It can be overwhelming and emotional, and with her knowledge and expertise, she was able to connect with my father, manage the logistics of the rehabilitation center and transition us seamlessly with his new home. So grateful! Thank you Pam!

Connecting with Pam Silverberg, the owner of Stacy’s Helping Hands, was probably one of the single best things that ever happened in this painful, complicated road of caring for my dad. Pam was so generous in her time to me. She is a good listening ear and took the time to really get to know my dad and his needs as well as my concerns for him. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. She visited several facilities with me and knew the questions to ask and issues to address based on my dad’s needs. She stayed connected with me as we moved my dad in and she continued to interface with the facility and advocate for us in a couple of situations that arose after we moved him. Even after the move she continues to check in with me to see how things are going. No one should have to be alone on this truly difficult path. Pam at Stacy's Helping Hands genuinely wants to help people navigate this arduous road. I feel like she's really become a friend in this whole process. If you're exhausted and nervous and overwhelmed - call Pam! Even if you don't engage her services, you will find a listening ear and undoubtedly a bit of sincere and valuable advice.

We feel so blessed to have found Stacy’s helping hand. We were in one of the most difficult seasons In life with no idea where to go until we met with Pam. I can’t have imagined going through this process without Pam, We have a peace we never thought possible with where our dad is now and that would not have been possible without Pam. Her knowledge, advocacy, and care through this process made all the difference. We would highly recommend Stacy’s helping hand.

After my Mom had a serious fall, Pam at Stacy’s Helping Hands was referred to me from a Case Manager at Swedish hospital. Pam is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of senior care and living. Pam knows the questions to ask, how to maneuver through the system and process. I felt as though I had a trusted advocate for both myself and my Mom. She is both a great listener and helping hand through the entire process. My Mom was able to find the perfect location for her needs. Pam went above and beyond to help me place Mom, she was truly there for us day and night. I highly recommend Stacy’s Helping Hands.

For the second time in 7 months I have had the need to work with Pam Silverberg of Stacy’s Helping Hands. In July of 2018, upon a referral from the Case Manager at Health One Rose Hospital, I placed my parents into an Assisted Living facility; and in January of 2019, I placed my father into a skilled nursing center. Pam made those unpleasant tasks much easier for all of us. Pam is very knowledgeable about community resources, patient with families and family dynamics, and always eager to follow up on a situation or come up with new ideas. I highly recommend Pam and the people at Stacy’s Helping Hand for finding the best care options for your loved ones.

As my 90 year old mother's health declined I knew it was time to move her to an environment that was more nurturing and caring then where she was. I was overwhelmed by the task. Fortunately I was referred to Stacy's and met with Pam Silverberg the owner. She carefully and skillfully assessed my mom's needs AND desires. Within a week she identified 3 possibilities. One of those became the perfect match. There is no way I would have discovered this place on my own. My mom is well cared for and my heart is at peace knowing this. I highly, highly recommend Stacy's Helping Hands. They are a huge blessing for any elderly health care strategy.

When my 90 year old father quickly became unable to live independently in Denver, I was in a complete panic as I am the only child and live in California. I started asking around for a referral to get help with his immediate placement into assisted living and was directed to Pam by both a social worker and attorney in the Denver area who had individually worked with her on separate occasions and both held her in high regard. From day one, Pam has been kind, understanding, thoughtful and generous with her time. Pam assessed my father's needs along with those of our family, and narrowed our search to help find the perfect place for him. She did this in an organized and calm manner which helped to turn around a scary situation and soothe our nerves. After his initial move, Pam continued to follow up and make sure he was receiving the quality of attention we were looking for and to evaluate for any potential issues. It has been almost a year and my father has thrived in his new home! Pam's high level of integrity, compassion and reliability have enabled me to have peace of mind despite the distance. I visit as often as I can and continue to rely on her for additional help with my father's ongoing care management in between my visits. You do not need to look any further. I can whole heartedly say that this is where you should turn when looking for appropriate senior placement for your loved one.

With grace, patience, and endless kindness Pam took me, virtually, by the hand. My aunt and uncle needed to move from independent living to assisted living. They are in Denver, I am in New York City. I was lost as to where to begin when I received a call from Pam. She lifted the weight from my head and heart. Pam took so much time with me, my aunt, and uncle, to find a perfect new home for them. I can never thank her enough!

Pam is one of the most knowledgeable people in this field. She goes above and beyond to help her clients (I know this from first-hand experience). Specifically, I had a very challenging client that she helped, a person who is difficult to work with. She was friendly, kind, and patient - and found him a great place to move into.

Pam, the owner of Stacy's Helping Hand, is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, professional, and incredible women in the industry! I've personally seen her work with a wide variety of clients and not only is her industry knowledge unparalleled, but her genuine care for each and every one of her clients sets her apart. I completely trust and believe in Pam and Stacy's Helping Hand to not only know the best facility to match my parents or others, but to go over what's required to do the best job possible for every client. I hands down recommend Pam and Stacy's Helping Hand over any other Assisted Living Placement in Colorado because she believes in what she does, truly cares, and will find the perfect match for you and your family.

Pam Silverberg IS Stacy's Helping Hand. Without Pam at the helm it would just be another referral company trying to place people without much consideration as to who the person is or what type of facility they are going to. Pam spends a TON of time assessing the client and then goes through her vast listings of potential facilities to make the best match based on personality and care needs. I worked first with the founder Stacy Gunderson, and then Pam who eventually purchased the company when Stacy moved out of state. Stacy could not have found a better person to carry on a business with her name attached. If you are looking for the "Right" placement for your Mom or Dad don't go any where else.....they will give you the attention you deserve. Thanks Pam for all your hard work and most of all for caring!

As the Marketing Director for Juniper Village at Aurora, I've had both great and terrible experiences when working with placement agencies. Pam has successfully placed multiple families with us here at Juniper. It is clear that families put their full trust in Pam's hands to place their loved ones in the most appropriate location. We have heard nothing but great things from our families about Pam and we ourselves have had nothing less than the best experiences working with Stacy's Helping Hand. It's always great to meet people who are in this line of work for the right reasons, to help seniors, and that's what Pam is here for.

Stacey's Helping Hand is absolutely wonderful! Pam Silverberg and Joe Bradshaw are a great team and they truly love what they do and this shows in their work. They are compassionate and have high integrity; they are truly lovely people! They assist those needing help with finding a senior living community that meets their individual needs. They spend the time getting to know you and your family. They are very knowledgeable and offer a great deal of support. They assist you through the entire process and are a true pleasure to work with. We couldn't be more thrilled with Stacy's Helping Hand. We continue to refer them as much as we can to anyone looking for assistance in finding the appropriate senior care community. Thank you Pam and Joe for your phenomenal care.

I wanted to give Pam Silverberg a big warm hearted thank you! My mother has moved from Wisconsin to Denver Colorado to be closer to us in her senior years. Before we started on this journey, I was in need of some planning assistance to get her here. My wife and I have a friend that recommended Pam to help us. She gave us her business card and I decided to give Pam a call. Pam's gentle demeanor and style on how she talks to people was a huge selling point for me. Pam setup a Zoom meeting with the three of us so she could get to know my Mom, and to gain some insight for what my Mom was looking for in a senior living community. After our Zoom call, my mother's anxiety about moving here started to fade away, and she was actually getting excited to move here! Pam showed me three senior living communities that were very close to us. One of which was walkable from our house. We decided on the place that's walkable from our house. Not only that, everything around my mom's new apartment is walkable as well. Restaurants, a movie theatre, Trader Joe's, just to name a few. Pam was always available to talk when I would have questions, and she really helped me with this transition. These transitions can be very emotional for everyone. Especially for me as I'm an only child. All I want is the best for my mom and for her to be happy. Pam helped me make that happen. I can't thank you enough, Pam. All the best, -Todd
